We have a Christmas tree.
The school is closed, we are free.
We will make
A big Christmas cake.
In the other house we had a fireplace
and I have a happy face.

Under the three, full of ornaments.
There, there lay the presents.
For my mother there is a wreath.
My father has a christmas-hat (for his bold head)
And I am happy with my gingerbread.
Beautifully decorated houses,
With beautiful shining lights.
Hopefully I don’t get trousers,
I would rather get kites.
What will I get?
A private jet?
Or maybe a pet?
Santa, if you know him,
He is certainly not grim
I am eating a candy cane,
and it goes like a train
I mean it goes fast
and I think that I almost blast.
When it’s christmas, it snows
the fire in the fireplace glows
it´s time for santa claus
he is above the house.
Today I went to buy a christmas tree,
it was not for free.
The christmas tree looks very nice,
it was not eaten by mice.
After christmas, I don’t want to say goodbye to it,
but I must do it.
